3M™ Nitrile High Performance Plastic Adhesive 1099 is a fast-drying, medium-viscosity rubber adhesive designed for industrial applications requiring strong, flexible bonds. It effectively adheres to various substrates, including vinyl, plastics, leather, fabrics, and foams, making it ideal for automotive, upholstery, and general industrial uses.

• Fast Drying: Dries quickly at room temperature with approximately 40 minutes of open time, enhancing productivity.

• Strong, Flexible Bonds: Provides durable adhesion that resists weathering, water, oil, fuels, and plasticizer migration.

• Heat Curable: Optional heat curing increases bond strength for demanding applications.

• Versatile Application: Suitable for brushing, rolling, or spraying with industrial-grade equipment.

• Color: Light tan when wet and dry, which may stain light-colored vinyls.
