DESCRIPTION

DOWSIL™ 736 Heat Resistant Sealant is a high-temperature, one-part, non-slumping silicone paste designed for sealing and bonding applications exposed to extreme heat. Curing at room temperature upon exposure to moisture, it forms a durable, rubbery solid capable of withstanding continuous temperatures up to 260°C and intermittent exposure up to 315°C.

• High-Temperature Resistance: Performs reliably in continuous temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) and intermittent exposure up to 315°C (600°F).

• Non-Slumping Paste: Ideal for overhead and vertical applications without sagging.

• Fast Skin-Over Time: Forms a tack-free skin in approximately 17 minutes at 25°C and 50% relative humidity.

• Versatile Applications: Suitable for sealing, bonding, potting, and encapsulating in high-temperature environments.

• Compliance: Meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 for incidental food contact, NSF Standard 51, and MIL-A-46106 Rev. B.
