DAPHNE SEMI-HOT & HOT QUENCH SERIES of quenching oils are formulated with special additives to minimise distortion and enhacing the cooling performance and brightness to the parts.

Daphne Magplus ED2P
Daphne Magplus ED2P is a high quality Electro-Discharge Machine (EDM) oil specially formulated with synthetic base oil to give unsurpass performance. This clear, transparent dielectric fluid is oduurless and non-toxic together with its lowd viscosity and high flash point, it helps to promote a safe and pleasant working environment.
Recommended as a dielectric fluid for spark erosion machining operations (EDM use) Daphne Magplus ED-2P

Daphne Magplus Series is formulated with highly refined base oil with additives like sulphurized Extreme Pressure agent, Anti-foaming agent, Anti-mist agent and Anti-rust agent. It is specially cater for various machining processes eg. turning, milling, drilling, boring etc. It provides superior cutting performance and at the same time extend the tool life. A special anti-seizure additive is added in AM20H & AM20C to give additional protection to fixed guide bushed in auto lathe machines.

The Daphne Press Draw S series are superior in preventing galling, rupture and has excellent properties of easy removability. This series offers a wide range of viscosity grades to suit different severities of press working processes.
DAPHNE PUNCH OIL SERIES has excellent properties such as high-speed drying, superior anti-wear and anti-rust perfomance. These properties contribute to high productivity, longer tool life and storage teem, Daphne New Punch Oil is specially formulated with synthetic base oil which is odourless, therefore it creates a more pleasant working environment.
