ThreeBond TB1211 is a single-component, silicone-based liquid gasket engineered specifically for high-performance sealing applications on dynamic mechanical parts. Unlike the non-drying 1121, TB1211 cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a highly elastic, durable rubber-like seal. Its low viscosity provides exceptional flow into microscopic surface imperfections, making it a go-to choice for preventing leaks in high-vibration, high-thermal automotive, marine, and industrial environments.

• RTV Silicone Elastic Seal: Cures at room temperature (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) into a tough, flexible elastomer that handles severe mechanical vibrations and structural movement without cracking.

• Low Viscosity & High Flow: Flows effortlessly into tight tolerances and micro-irregularities on mating flanges, ensuring a 100% complete seal.

• Broad Temperature Resistance: Formulated to maintain its tight sealing properties and elasticity across a wide operating temperature range from −60 °C to +250 °C (with brief intermittent peaks up to +300 °C).

• Excellent Fluid Resistance: Highly resistant to engine oils, gear lubricants, coolants, antifreeze, and water. (Note: Unlike non-drying pastes, silicone-based RTVs have limited resistance to prolonged contact with raw gasoline).

• Non-Corrosive & Sensor Safe: Features an oxime-neutral cure system that does not emit corrosive acetic acid vapors. It is fully safe for copper, iron, plastics, and sensitive automotive electronic sensors (such as O2 sensors).
